For safe operation of the moving worksurface in close proximity to walls or other worksurfaces, we recommend the following:
Terms of payment will be established based on the credit rating and credit information specific to each customer. Orders are invoiced at time of shipment. Standard payment terms are net 30 days.
Purchase orders may not be changed or cancelled, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of Workrite Ergonomics. Changes may effect delivery dates. In the event of cancellations, customer will be liable for reasonable cancellation charges established by Workrite. Custom/Special products may require deposits and cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Shipping charges will be waived for list price orders totaling more than $7,000 to one location. For list price orders totaling less than $7,000, 5% of the total list price will be added to the order for shipping to the Pacific Time Zone, 8% will be added for shipping elsewhere in the U.S. (For Alaska and Hawaii please call for quote).
We will use our best judgement for choice of carrier, without assuming responsibility for delays or damage. To meet the $7,000 minimum for free freight, orders must be shipped to one location, dock-to-dock, and do not include inside delivery, liftgate, call in advance, or other accessorial charges.
If a carrier other than that selected by Workrite is requested, it is up to the customer to make those arrangements. Shipments will be made freight collect.
Workrite offers free freight on all items listed on this website or in our current catalog. Workrite will pay the regular ground shipping charges for dock to dock shipping within the contiguous Unites States via our preferred carrier network.
Workrite can source additional services if requested. Workrite will prepay and add any additional freight charges to the invoice. Please call for a quote.
Should a carrier outside of our preferred carrier network be required, customer will be responsible for all freight charges. Workrite does not offer credit to customers for special carrier freight expense.

Authorization is required for the return of any merchandise to Workrite. Please call Workrite Customer Service at 800-959-9675. We require the following information:
A Customer Service Representative will take your request and furnish you with an RMA number, and will fax instructions for the return of the product.
If an order is cancelled before production begins, Workrite will halt processing of the order at no charge. If the order is already in production, cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the net invoice. Special products (customs) cannot be cancelled once in production and are non-refundable.
Workrite warrants to the original purchaser that the products it manufactures are free from defects in design, material and workmanship. With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, any product, part or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.
The following exceptions to the limited lifetime warranty do apply:

Subject to the limitations below, Workrite warrants each product in this catalog to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product (except the following products; limited to a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase: Model 655 MonitorMover and Cresa Chair; limited to a 2 year warranty; Cresa gas cylinder).
Workrite's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any product or part that it determines to be defective after inspection by its authorized representative, following receipt of written notice of the defect from the purchaser within the warranty period. This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is not applicate outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This warranty is based on normal installation and use of the product in an 8-hour shift. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper installation, or use of the product for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was intended. This warranty will not apply to any product that has been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of Workrite. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any products are excluded.
The warranty set forth above is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall Workrite be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, however caused.
