Ordering Arms, Platforms, and Systems
This example shows how to order a black Banana Board®, model 2180S, with a midnight JelRite™ palm support.
- Specify the platform material (C=Classic, U=Ultra-Thin).
- Specify the color of the platform material (B=Black, G=Gray).
- Specify the model number (in this case, 2180S).
- Specify the color of the palm support (25=Midnight, 26=Dove Gray).
- Specify J if choosing the JelRiteT option.

How To Order
All orders must be submitted in writing. Send orders to Customer Service (Fax: 800-930-8989) and include for every item ordered:
- Model# & description
- Quantity
- Laminate manufacturer and mfc. code if not standard
- Fabric number (Privacy Panels only) from Guilford of Maine (other Guilford fabrics are available, call for quote)
- Confirmed price from a Workrite Ergonomics quote or contract
Product Number
Each product number has four parts: model number, metal finish, laminate, and edge treatment.
Example: A 36" X 30" Rectangular Premium, Graphite base, Amber Raffia laminate with Black Wedge T-mold would be: SP3630-G-A0351-06.
Customer's Own Material (COM)
For COM orders, please contact Adjustable Workcenter Support for details and restrictions on fabrics and laminates not provided by Workrite.
Note for Base Units Only
For safe operation of the moving worksurface in close proximity to walls or other worksurfaces, we recommend the following:
- Reduce the width of the worksurface by two inches.
- Reduce the depth of the worksurface by one inch.
- Customer assumes full responsibility for proper clearances.
Lead Times
- QuickShip: Ships in 48 hours for quantities of 5 tables or less; selection of models with tops is limited; all Base Only models are available; please review current availabilty document for complete details.
- Standard: Ships in 10 working days, quantity of 20 tables or less. For all other orders please call.
- Note: All lead times quoted are for the models shown in current catalog. Please call for lead times on custom tables.
Terms of Payment
Terms of payment will be established based on the credit rating and credit information specific to each customer. Orders are invoiced at time of shipment. Standard payment terms are net 30 days.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Purchase orders may not be changed or cancelled, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of Workrite Ergonomics. Changes may effect delivery dates. In the event of cancellations, customer will be liable for reasonable cancellation charges established by Workrite. Custom/Special products may require deposits and cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Freight Policy
Adjustable Workcenters
Shipping charges will be waived for list price orders totaling more than $7,000 to one location. For list price orders totaling less than $7,000, 5% of the total list price will be added to the order for shipping to the Pacific Time Zone, 8% will be added for shipping elsewhere in the U.S. (For Alaska and Hawaii please call for quote).
We will use our best judgement for choice of carrier, without assuming responsibility for delays or damage. To meet the $7,000 minimum for free freight, orders must be shipped to one location, dock-to-dock, and do not include inside delivery, liftgate, call in advance, or other accessorial charges.
If a carrier other than that selected by Workrite is requested, it is up to the customer to make those arrangements. Shipments will be made freight collect.
Keyboard Platforms, Adjustable Arms and All Other Ergonomic Accessories
Workrite offers free freight on all items listed on this website or in our current catalog. Workrite will pay the regular ground shipping charges for dock to dock shipping within the contiguous Unites States via our preferred carrier network.
Workrite can source additional services if requested. Workrite will prepay and add any additional freight charges to the invoice. Please call for a quote.
Should a carrier outside of our preferred carrier network be required, customer will be responsible for all freight charges. Workrite does not offer credit to customers for special carrier freight expense.

Complete tables:
– Classic Collection laminates: 10 working days for quantity 20 tables or less.
– Designer Collection laminates: 20 working days for quantity 10 tables or less
– Thermofoil laminates: 6 weeks for quantity 50 tables or less
Base only:
– 10 working days for quantity 20 tables or less
Adjustable Keyboards:
– 3 working days for all standard products for quantity 50 or less

QuickShip Program
The QuickShip Program includes a variety of Workrite's best selling products.
QuickShip orders leave Workrite within two business days from receipt of the purchase order. Some products are stocked in both our east and west coast warehouses.

Terms & Conditions
- Orders must be identified as QuickShip
- Entire order must be QuickShip products only
- No more than 5 of any one product may be ordered
- All platforms and palm supports are black
- Subject to verification of dealer/credit status
- Order must be correct and complete
Product Returns
Return Authorization
Authorization is required for the return of any merchandise to Workrite. Please call Workrite Customer Service at 800-959-9675. We require the following information:
- Name
- Company
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Quantity
- Product Model# and Name
- Workrite's Invoice# (or your PO#)
A Customer Service Representative will take your request and furnish you with an RMA number, and will fax instructions for the return of the product.
- Requests for return authorization must be made within sixty (60) days of the invoice date.
- Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Once an RMA number is issued, returned product must be received at Workrite within thirty (30) days.
- Credit can only be given if the product is in new re-saleable condition.
- Specials/customs are non-returnable.
- Unauthorized product returned on the RMA number will not be credited.
- Claims for product damaged on the return shipment are the responsibility of the shipper.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled before production begins, Workrite will halt processing of the order at no charge. If the order is already in production, cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the net invoice. Special products (customs) cannot be cancelled once in production and are non-refundable.
Warranties
Height Adjustable Workcenters
Workrite warrants to the original purchaser that the products it manufactures are free from defects in design, material and workmanship. With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, any product, part or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect.
The following exceptions to the limited lifetime warranty do apply:
- Electric components and motors are limited to 5 years, under normal operational conditions, subject to the inspection and determination of the manufacturer.
- Fabric is warranted for 1 year.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Damage in shipment caused by a carrier
- Defects caused by improper installation
- COM or third party materials applied to the products
- Customer modifications to the product
- Products subject to improper use and conditions
Keyboard Platforms, Adjustable Arms, Accessories & All Other Products
Subject to the limitations below, Workrite warrants each product in this catalog to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product (except the following products; limited to a 5 year warranty from the date of purchase: Model 655 MonitorMover™ and Cresa™ Chair; limited to a 2 year warranty; Cresa™ gas cylinder).
Workrite's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any product or part that it determines to be defective after inspection by its authorized representative, following receipt of written notice of the defect from the purchaser within the warranty period. This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is not applicate outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This warranty is based on normal installation and use of the product in an 8-hour shift. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper installation, or use of the product for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was intended. This warranty will not apply to any product that has been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of Workrite. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in the installation, repair, or replacement of any products are excluded.
The warranty set forth above is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. In no event shall Workrite be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, however caused.
